For washing the fine materials with a size of up to 6 mm and getting P-sand and M-sand, REW Dewatering Screens &Hydrocyclones are fantastic options. The ability to retain sand particles as small as 800 microns is its greatest benefit when used in fine material washing applications. Since keeping the micronized material inside the sand after washing is such a tough outcome with traditional washing systems like screw classifiers, bucket wheels, etc., this aids the user in producing according to any type of project requirements.

It is the most effective approach to get rid of clay and slimes and enhance the amount of product that can be sold. Around the world, hydrocyclone-driven sand plants are replacing less efficient traditional washing equipment like sand screw washers in sand and aggregate industries.

Hydrocyclones are engineered to do material bifurcation based on particle size. The larger particles tend to be sent to the underflow(dischargepoint), while the finer/smaller particles are carried to the overflow(to the recycling area).

This machine incorporates a heavy duty vibrating dewatering screen with dual screening, a slurry tank, a slurry pump attached to motor which pushes the slurry of 2.5mm material and water to hydrocyclone and the underflow of hydrocyclone is then passed through the finer screening media section on dewatering screen. We get M-sand and P-sand from respective screening media of the screen.
