The term Primary crushing applies to the crushing stage, which preceeds before the Secondary crusher. The Output product from the primary crusher act as input feed for Secondary crusher. These machines are first step towards crushing the big boulders from mines and quarries.

The Jaw Plates used in Primary crushers are of high grade Manganese steel casting

Standard Features

The body of Jaw crusher is made from tested MS plates with welded construction duly reinforced
The swinging lever (pitman) is fabricated out of MS plates with high tensile strength and it is annealed by heat treatment process and then it is precision machined for smooth crushing stroke. the crankshaft is made of forged steel and fitted in heavy duty spherical double roller bearings, which ensures smooth operation
We have also developed and use our high quality casting of Pitman.
Four double spherical roller bearings, two of which are housed inside the pitman body and two of which are housed inside brackets fastened to the crusher's body, are used to support the crankshaft further.
We regulate the jaw crusher's css setting using our tried-and-true workhorse Vertical Toggle Wedge adjustment mechanism. Crushing system modifications have never been easier than with this one.
