Roller Crusher

Roller crushers are intended for use in tertiary or quaternary crushing stages. The crushers can create manufactured sand of the best quality. These are additionally known as sand-making machines.

After screening, the secondary crushers' output serves as the roller crusher's input.

The idea behind how a double-roll crusher operates is compressive force. Through a feed chute, the material to be crushed is fed between two manganese rollers that are moving anticlockwise, and it is released at the bottom. One of the two rollers is fixed, and the other one can be moved to change the gap setting. The roller shells are properly machined from extremely wear-resistant cast manganese alloys to guarantee a longer bearing life and optimal performance.

Higher operating pressure creates suitable environment for achieving good reduction ratios. These are relatively inexpensive machines that can create sand of excellent quality.

Compared to other sand-making options, it offers the lowest operational and maintenance costs.
